How I Use Color Therapy

A 2-frame self-acceptance and color therapy webcomic strip featuring colorful heart characters. Upper: Pink, blue, and yellow heart characters sit together at a table. The pink heart is looking at their tablet. The blue character is looking at their laptop. The yellow heart is holding a phone and looking towards the blue heart. Text above the blue heart reads: This says colors influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Text above the yellow heart reads: Are we influencers? Lower: The pink heart character looks towards the blue and yellow hearts. The blue heart looks towards the pink heart. Text above the pink heart reads: Even better…we’re powerful visual reminders. Text above the blue and yellow hearts reads: Ooooh!

This is the type of color therapy I use and teach.

Every color has the power to help us feel good about ourselves in its own unique way.

We can use them to establish visual reminders that help us feel how we want to feel by regularly using them in our daily routines.

Are there any colors you’re drawn to but not quite sure why?

It might be one your body subconsciously knows you need!
