You Can Ask For Help | Inspiration
You can ask for help. You can pray and meditate. You can talk it out, write it out, and cry it out. You can ask for an ear, a shoulder, or a full body hug. You can ask for advice, support or a safe place to vent. You can be sad, hurt, angry, or however you feel at that moment. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to go through it alone. You can ask for help.
