Text above the red heart reads: For what? Lower Right: The pink heart is looking at the red heart. Text above the pink heart reads: Being okay with who we are, as we are. The red heart has turned to look at us. Text above the red heart reads: Oh, you’re practicing self-acceptance!

I like to say I help people feel good about themselves because that’s what self-acceptance means to me.

For me, it’s being unconditionally happy or content with who you are, as you are.

💕 A path to self-love.

💕 A great way to improve your self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence.

💕 And it makes it easier to recognize the value of self-care.

What does self-acceptance Look like to you?
