If you can’t think clearly, it’s time to shut that laptop. I know you have a deadline to meet. I know you have to get this work done.

But I assure you that work isn’t going anywhere. It’ll be there when you get back.

Practicing self-acceptance reminds us that we don’t need to waste time beating ourselves in those moments. 

And that it’s okay to take a break!
